| Booking Policy: Reservation for One or Multiple Rooms for One Night Only Non-Refundable Payment required when reservation is made. Multiple nights A Non-Refundable deposit covering the cost of the first night is required. Long Term Guests (7 days or more) A Non-Refundable deposit covering the cost of the first week is required and you will then be billed on a weekly basis. Group bookings We have had too many cancellations in the past and cannot afford to tie up rooms for a no-show at the last minute. A 50% (non-refundable) deposit is therefore required. |
