The Limes was originally built in 1910 during the Edwardian era and is conveniently situated on the A4 between Newbury and Thatcham. There are many places of interest to visit in Newbury and the surrounding area, and Newbury Racecourse is only one mile away from the Limes.

The Dining Room: - Overlooking a large garden filled with fruit trees, shrubs and flower borders, the dining room opens between 7-9am and the menu comprises fruit juice cereals and a full English breakfast. Evening meals are also provided from Monday to Friday night by prior arrangement.

Bedrooms: - The bedrooms have been individually decorated, all rooms have en-suite facilities as well as televisions with satellite, telephones and ample tea and coffee provisions. For people who have difficulty with stairs, there are a number of ground floor bedrooms.
