Nant y Felin is a beautiful grade 2 listed building overlooking sea, mountains and 2 castles. Set in mature gardens with stream lawns, patio and orchard. Central position for touring Snowdonia coastline and National Park. Close to Portmeirion village, slate and copper mines, narrow gauge railways.

Wonderful beaches, golfing, fishing all available locally. British Rail station, shops, restaurants and pubs all within walking distance. Criccieth has lovely small independent and individual shops wonderful homemade ice cream and an exceptional fish and chip shop. Our properties are all non smoking. Pets by prior arrangement by they do not have the run of the gardens.

HOLLY COTTAGE

This pretty cottage is in the gardens of Nant y Felin and all rooms are on the ground floor. One double bedroom with en suite shower room, it is gas centrally heated. The kitchen has a gas cooker, microwave oven, fridge freezer, washing machine and plenty of crockery etc. The lounge has a dining table, chairs and comfy settee to watch the colour television, video and DVD player. We supply all bed linen but no towels. There is a glimpse of the sea from the bedroom and also the Castle. Gas and electricity are read of arrival and then again on departure so you only pay for the gas and electricity used. Parking is close to your cottage and you have use of all the gardens. Sorry but smoking is not allowed in this cottage.

Bookings are usually Sat-Sat but we can offer short breaks during the out of season months in all properties.

Arrival time is after 4 pm unless special arrangements are made and we ask you to vacate the cottage by 10 am on the morning of departure.

FIR TREE COTTAGE

Lovely little stone cottage with all rooms on the ground floor. There is a double en suite bedroom with shower and a lounge with a kitchen/diner area. We do supply bed linen but no towels. The cottage is gas centrally heated and is really warm and snug. The lounge area has a colour television, video player and DVD player. There is also a gas living flame fire. The cottage overlooks a patio area with garden, seating and flowers and it has glimpses of the sea. Gas and electricity are read by metres on arrival and departure so you only pay for what you use. Short breaks are available out of season. This is a non smoking property. Bookings are Sat-Sat and arrival is after 4 pm unless special arrangements have been made. We ask you to leave by 10 am on the morning of departure. Parking is available close to the cottage and the gardens are for you to enjoy.

The apartment is on the ground floor of the main house and consists of one double bedroom plus one twin bedded room which are serviced by a bathroom with Jacuzzi bath. We do supply all bed linen but no towels. All rooms in the apartment have sea views and most have views of Criccieth castle and the surrounding mountains. There is a large lounge with colour television, DVD player and settee and armchairs and there is also a living flame gas fire. The dining room has pine furniture and enclosed gas fire and all rooms are centrally heated with gas central heating. The kitchen has a gas aga cooker, microwave cooker, washing machine, fridge/freezer and also a dishwasher. Gas and electricity are read by metre readings on arrival and departure so you only pay for what you use. This is a non smoking property and a small pet may be allowed by prior arrangement. We do offer short breaks out of season and also long lets during the winter months. Arrival time is after 4 pm please and we ask that you leave before 10 am on morning of departure.
