From M25 - Come off at Junction 6.
Follow signs A25 - Westerham/Sevenoaks/Hever/Chartwell.
After 21/2 miles you come to traffic lights with MORRISONS on left/Viaduct overhead.

After 200 yards-RIGHT into GRESHAM ROAD.
After 100 yards-RIGHT into GRANVILLE ROAD.
No.23 is 250 yards on LEFT (look for number on gatepost)
