The Maple House is a character detached double-fronted property built in 1924 with large rear garden containing numerous maple trees, some rare. The locality is a good class leafy residential area situated in the London Borough of Croydon (South London), Croydon being a renowned shopping centre with many branches of Central London stores.

Trains to central London are frequent, the journey taking about twenty five minutes. Gatwick airport is about 18 km.

Rooms are en suite with colour televisions, fridges, tea and coffee making facilities, Austrian Swarovski crystal chandeliers, Axminster/Wilton carpeting. We have an extensive range of cooked breakfasts including American, English and Thai although some residents may prefer a lighter breakfast.Evening meals by arrangement.
