Welcome to Lee House Lynton is set in a valley 500 feet above its twin village of Lynmouth with its picturesque harbour where the rivers of East and West Lyn meet the sea. Lee house is situated close to the centre of Lynton and the famous cliff railway that unites Lynton with Lynmouth. This ideal location enables you to park in our private car park at the rear of the guest house and explore the local area. Spectacular views along the coast path and the Valley of the Rocks with its towering rock formations are only a short walk away together with a choice of pubs and restaurants for your evenings food and entertainment. We offer bed and breakfast accommodation with comfortable well equipped rooms including a choice of four poster or balcony rooms. We firmly believe that breakfast is the most important meal of the day which is reflected in the variety and quality of our breakfast menu. A fantastic choice of activities are available with walking and fishing on the doorstep and many gardens and historic sites in the area including Broomhill Sculpture Gardens and Arlington Court. Or simply relax and enjoy the comfort and hospitality of our guest house in the tranquil surroundings of Exmoor. Packed lunches can also be provided when requested at reception the previous evening.

Single occupancy rate £35 per night The premises are considered unsuitable for young children and pets. Reservations are from 3:30pm on the day of arrival until 10:30am on departure day
