Why not visit the unique 15th century ruins, the Roman Ampitheatre and Chester's famous cathedral. Rural Cheshire In the heart of rural Chester are a host of delightful attractions including Beeston castle, a norman fortress built over 900 years go. Afterwards, treat yourself to a delicious ice cream at the Cheshire farm ice dairy. Close by you can discover the ancient art of candle making at Cheshires workshop. Eating out in Chester Chester offers a variety of restaurants, including Chinese, Japanese, Spanish and Mexican as well as traditional tea shops for those who enjoy a snack following a stroll around the city. For those who wish to stay within the vicinity of Kilmorey Lodge, there is a pub/restaurant opposite the Lodge, which is highly recommended. There is also a chinesse restaurant close by which has an excellent reputation. |

| Group bookings We offer a warm welcome to a variety of groups eg. Cyclists, walkers, historians and wedding parties. We can offer accommodation for a maximum of 15 people sharing, with a mix of single and double beds available, all en suite. Group rates for accommodation or room hire are available on request. Cancellation Policy We operate a 48 hour cancellation notice period. If the accommodation is cancelled without giving 48 hours notice to the establishment, unless we can re-let the room/s a charge will apply. |

Directions to Kilmorey Lodge![]() From Junction 14, M56, take the M53 towards Chester, come off the M53 turn right, go under the fly over to the main Hoole roundabout, go straight across, which takes you onto Hoole Road. landmarks to watch out for are playing fields on the left, followed by the Oaklands hotel.
