| Extensive off road parking within our own grounds of 5 acres, offering panoramic views across the Tamar Valley and distant views of Plymouth and Dartmoor. We have livestock including Geese, Ducks and Chicken. Barney and Sooty are our dogs who you will only meet if you request to, the guest area of our Bed and Breakfast is a dog free zone. |

| Green Pastures is situated on the A390 just half a mile east of Callington on the southern side of Kit Hill, a little known beauty spot. The city of Plymouth and towns of Launceston, Tavistock with its Pannier Market, Liskeard and Bodmin, two Fishing Lakes and 5 superb Golf Courses (St Mellion being only 5 minutes away), and many Country and Moorland Walks are all within 30 minutes drive. We are ideally placed to tour Cornwall with the Eden Project just 45 minutes away and Lands End just an hour and half. Thee are many National Truest properties in Cornwall and Devon, Cotehele House and Lanhydrock are just two close by, add to this the North and South Cornish and Devonian Coastal resorts and attractions are all easily drivable within the hour. Rest assured our aim is to make your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. We look forward to welcoming you to Green Pastures. |

| Terms and Conditions A non refundable deposit is required at time of booking to cover the first night stay. All rooms and nights booked must be paid for in full on arrival. Payment: cash or cheque made payable to Mrs. J Chamberlain. Sorry we do not accept credit cards. Booking in on day of arrival from 4.30 to 6 o clock.
