| There are three bedrooms (two of which are en-suite), all furnished and decorated to the highest standards of comfort and elegance to ensure that you can relax in the friendly atmosphere of our family home. All rooms are centrally heated throughout the year and open fires are a feature of the drawing and dining rooms in the colder nights. All bedrooms have tea and coffee making facilities, wash basins and colour televisions. We have been complimented on the excellent Scottish breakfasts which starts your day. |

Steeped in history, Dumfries and Galloway offers visitors an assortment of activities from exploring ancient castles and abbeys to the splendours of coastal walks or shopping in bustling market towns. Sporting pursuits available in the area include 11 golf courses, sailing, fishing, horse riding, swimming, coast and hill walking, bird watching and many others... something for everyone! |
| The Cottage... A self contained cottage is annexed to the house and is available for those who prefer to self cater. Appointed to a very high standard, it has two twin bedrooms, sitting/dining room, kitchen, shower room and toilet. A cot is also available. Centrally heated throughout, the cottage is an excellent holiday home. |

| How to find us... From Dumfries take the A719 (Solway Coast Road) through New Abbey. Sandyhills is 12 miles from New Abbey. Craigbittern is on your right hand side as you come down the hill into Sandyhills. |
