At the eastern end of the room, up a small wooden staircase and curtained off from the main room, is a small bedroom in the eaves, containing a double and a single bed. Below this room are two small areas; a bathroom with a washing machine and a brick floored hallway/entrance and storage area. There is also large bedroom which can sleep 4-6 comfortably.Cefn Y Ffynnon, Colwyn Bay, View up to bedroom, 10K
There is a TV and a radio, fridge and microwave, and electricity is supplied through a £1 meter. A cot and highchair can be provided.

The shippon has been converted very simply and retains its rustic charm with stone whitewashed walls, varnished brick floor and open beams. The farm has a large garden, its own field with a stream and magnificent view beyond into the Clwyd Valley.Cefn Y Ffynnon, Colwyn Bay, Countryside View, 11K

Llanelian is a small village about 15 minutes walk away from the farm, where there is a Church and a pub serving evening meals.
Llanelian is named after Saint Elian's Well, famous throughout Wales and parts of England in its day for its healing and cursing properties.
The water in the shippon is pumped up from this ancient Well. The remains of the Well site are in the field overlooked by the shippon and the owner is happy to share its exciting history!

Llanelian is ideally suited for reasonably short journeys to Snowdonia, Anglesey, Denbigh moorlands and the many castles along the coastline.

Birdwatchers, walkers and nature lovers of all kinds will find interesting walks locally and nearby.
