Karen and Dave welcome you to their Grade II listed Victorian Guest House. The emphasis within is to ensure an excellent quality of service and for all guests to have an enjoyable stay with us. The Caledonia is ideally situatedto enjoy comfort within a convenient location from which to enjoy The National Marine Aquarium, the Barbican and the City Centre with its shops and pavement cafes. The Caledonia is situated only two minutes walk from the historic Plymouth Hoe and to enjoy the splendid views of Plymouth Sound. All rooms have colour TV, tea, coffee and hot chocolate making facilities and biscuits. Hair driers are available in ALL rooms. Some private parking is also available. A baby's cot and high chair are available on request. An iron and ironing board are available for use. |

All prices are per person per night and include a full WESTCOUNTRY breakfast which can be selected from the Caledonia's comprehensive menu. A vegetarian breakfast is also available. In addition, special dietary needs can be accommodated with prior notice. Tariffs vary with the seasons Standard single room from £25.00 Standard twin rooms from £20.00 Twin en-suite room from £25.00 Double room en-suite from £25.00 Double room en-suite (single occupancy) from £35.00 Family room from £25.00 (double and a single bed) NOTE: If available, our ground floor room can be reserved for our elderly and less able guests.
We are one of the few accommodation providers that has its own car park. We have 6 spaces that are available on a first come basis. Unfortunately these spaces cannot be reserved in advance. On-street parking tickets may be obtained from the owners at a small cost per day. PLEASE NOTE: In line with other establishments we operate a 48 hour cancellation policy. All bookings must provide credit/debit card details or a Cheque deposit. Tariff payment by credit/debit card will incur a 3% surcharge.
