| The Bay Lodge is a family run guest house, with a warm and friendly atmosphere, offering accommodation in one of Britain's top resorts, at realistic prices, for holiday makers and business travellers alike. Situated in an ideal position in a conservation area on the seafront at Eastbourne, about halfway between the pier and the Sovereign Centre Pool complex near Princes Park. The Bay Lodge overlooks the sea and Pavilion Tea Gardens on the Promenade. Opposite is the Redoubt Fortress and Museum. It is a short walk from the Bowling Greens, Sailing Clubs, Tennis Courts, Putting Green, Fort Fun and Treasure Island. Nearby are the Theatres, Shopping Centre and Sovereign Harbour. ![]() There are ten rooms:- 4 doubles, 2 King, 1 Twin, 1 Single and two Family Suites. All the rooms have en suite facilities. Each room has a colour television, hospitality tray, clock radio and hairdryer. An iron and ironing board are available on request. Rooms at the front of the hotel have sea views and two also have balconies where guests can sit out in good weather. There are five steps up to the front entrance and then the dining room, bar and sun lounges are all on the same level. Please note that there is no lift in the building.

Turn right at the roundabout at the Sovereign Leisure Centre and follow the road along the seafront. You will find the Bay Lodge on your right opposite the Pavilion Tea Gardens. There are six parking spaces in our private car park at the rear and parking on both sides, and at the rear of the hotel is unrestricted and there is a large public car park nearby on the seafront opposite Beamsley Road. ![]() Key to MAP 1.
