Lord's Cricket Ground

This world-famous cricket ground is the home ground for the Marylebone Cricket Club (MCC). This club was founded in 1787 and is the most exclusive club in the whole of the cricketing world, with an impressive 30-year waiting list.

It is also the governing body of the game which makes Lord's Cricket Ground the administrative base for both UK and international cricket. As a result, cricket fans the world over view this ground as the spiritual home of the game.

There are daily tours around the grounds, except when big matches take place, which cost around £5.50 for adults. Telephone first for available times. There is also the MCC Cricketing Museum, which is a must for all cricket buffs.
