Presteigne, located in Powys, is a traditional county town located in Wales. The town is frequently known as the Gateway to Wales and is located on the River Lugg. Nearby towns include Knighton and Kington. The town has been rated as one of the top ten small towns in Britain. The town has become the local centre for culture and the town hosts' two festivals per year. The first festival is known as Sheep Music and it is based on contemporary music. The second festival is the music and arts festival of Presteigne and this festival have a bigger net.
