IMPORTANT: Please note that by submitting your advertisement and / or making payment, you are accepting these terms and conditions, and will be bound by them. Please read them carefully.
- The agreement is between Smooth Hound Systems and yourself ("the customer").
- This agreement relates to the creation of Smooth Hounds right or interest in the copyright relating to their websites and as such is exempt from the provisions of sections 2 - 4 of the Unfair Contract Terms Act 1977 by virtue of schedule 1, paragraph 1 of that Act.
- The customer warrants that the publication by Smooth Hound of any information or material given to it by the customer will not breach any persons Copyright of other Intellectual Property or other rights.
- The customer indemnifies Smooth Hound in respect of any liability to any third party howsoever arising from this agreement.
- Smooth Hounds liability to the customer is limited to a sum equivalent of the fee paid by the customer in the last six months.
- The customer warrants that any information that the customer supplies is accurate and that they will notifiy Smooth Hound of any material changes to the information including but not limited to the facilities provided by the customer to the general public, pricing structure or accreditation to any external bodies.
- Smooth Hound may at its absolute discretion decline to publish or to omit, suspend or change the position of any advertisement.
- The parties agree to use their best efforts to resolve any disputes without the recourse to proceedings in the courts. The customer and Smooth Hound agree to give each other at least 28 days notice should proceedings be contemplated and will agree to institute, or transfer any existing proceedings, to the Cheltenham County Court.
- The Copyright in any original or reworked material on Smooth Hounds websites are owned by it.
- Cancellation policy: all orders are final.

Because all orders are created by hand, they are final and no refunds are available.
- Delivery of orders takes a maximum of 10 working days.
- This agreement can only be amended by a document in writing signed by Mr Reed.
