| Welcome Plummers Place is a family-run guesthouse in part of a grade II listed hotel. We offer a friendly welcome, help if you need it and pleasant, relaxing accommodation. We hope to make you feel at home. Children and pets very welcome - usually dogs, but other pets can be accommodated by request. Lunches & cream teas served weekend afternoons, during the summer season. Home-made scones and daily specials. Fresh salads & sandwiches made to your requirements.  Accommodation All rooms overlook a nature reserve or Fen farmland. Ask about our packed lunches, if you are going out walking.
Ground Floor Group/Family Suite The suite has ground floor, double door entry just inside the main entrance, so is ideal for the elderly, lightly disabled, small children, pets etc. Also there are full size facilities in the kitchen - cooker, fridge, microwave oven and waste disposal. The bathroom is very small but does incorporate a three-quarter size bath with overhead shower.  Not just for families, we have accommodated various groups, who have stayed here from 1 night to 3 weeks. Previous visitors include: shooting groups; fishing club members; birdwatchers; motorised cyclists; working men; wedding guests; families; house-hunters; sanctuary seekers; artists; and a lady with 3 dogs! (Don't worry, we are very thorough with airing and cleaning.) Food & Drink Whenever possible, all our meals are freshly prepared and home-cooked on our catering Aga. We are proud to be members of Tastes of Lincolnshire and use a lot of local produce. We Love Foodies! Special for 2006 Indian Food Feast nights for 6 or more persons (mild/medium/hot) Big Pig Grill going onto the menu. This year:- Pork chop, lincs. pork sausages, liver, gammon, black pudding, home-made faggot. Approx. 24oz of meat for only £12.50 Breakfast - £5.00. All Rooms include fruit juice & cereal, full English breakfast - 2 sausage, 2 bacon, egg, beans & tomatoes, toast and preserves. Lunch - £5.00. Packed lunches are available with 24hr pre-booked orders. A hearty meal with hot tea or soup. Dinner - £6.50 (2 courses £10.00). Fresh home-cooked farmhouse style plated meals. Served 6 - 7.30pm. Pre-booking please. Special (by arrangement) Private Parties - 6 - 20 persons group meals available from our a la carte menu or to suit your requirements from 3 courses @ £15 per head.
