We are set overlooking RSPB coastal nature reserve, Freiston Shore. Our Guesthouse B & B is close to Boston, Skegness, Spalding and Lincolnshire Fen towns, with views of the Wash and North Norfolk Coastline. If you are looking for peaceful guesthouse bed and breakfast or to pursue walking, canoeing, cycling, birdwatching short breaks or holidays then our Guesthouse is the place for you. Perhaps you are a business visitor or contractor tired of the larger hotels and just want to relax after a hard day! Breakfast is included with all our room prices and we are happy to cook you an evening meal, all we ask is you pre-book your food order so we are able to cook fresh on the day.
