A spacious Full En Suite (Shower over Bath) twin bedded room which is on the first floor or an En-suite (Shower) double bedded ground floor room. The well-appointed rooms have Tea / Coffee making Facilities with biscuits. Electric Shaver Point, hairdryer, Radio Clock Alarm, Television (Freeview), Your bed is made up with non-allergic duvet and pillows. If you prefer sheets, blankets, these are available -please ask when confirming your reservation.

Breakfast with your choice from the menu, is served at 08:30 or earlier on request, if required. | |
Arrival-Departure
Your room will be ready for occupation at 12:00 noon. It would be greatly appreciated if you could let us know when you expect to arrive. On the day of your departure, please vacate your room by 10:00 am - we have ample parking. |

Situated in an area of outstanding natural beauty between the historic market town of Bridport, Chesil Beach, Jurassic Heritage Coastline, Dorset Coastal Path and West Bay Harbour with its beaches
Bridport is famous for the manufacture of nets, rope and twine, which have been produced since the 13th century. It boasts a leisure centre with swimming pool complex, thriving arts centre and museum.
The historic towns of Lyme Regis and Dorchester are a short drive away, Somerset and Devon are very close by. In short, Eypeleaze is the ideal base from which to explore.
Most of West Dorset is designated an area of outstanding natural beauty- from the Jurassic Coastline famous for its fossils to the rolling hills, home of the Cerne Giant
Activities include: Swimming, sea-fishing, fossil hunting, horse riding, clay pigeon shooting, golf (guests receive preferential green fees), numerous walks along the heritage coast line including Golden Cap (the highest point on the south coast) and inland through the Marshwood Vale..

Reservations - Deposits
If you wish to make a reservation, please telephone to check room availability and the deposit required (this is dependant on length of stay). Please then confirm by forwarding a deposit cheque to arrive within 7 days of your telephone reservation
We are pleased to accept reservations starting on any day for any duration, except when a stay starts on either the Friday or Saturday of a Bank Holiday Weekend or Christmas when the minimum is 3 nights..
5% discount for reservations of 3 nights or more per room
Payment
Payment prior to departure by cheque or cash. We also accept Euros and Dollars. (Method of payment for Overseas - Please Ask)
Cancellation
In the event of cancellation/curtailment we will make every effort to relet your booking, if successful all monies paid less an administrative fee (maximum £20.00) will be returned. In the event of us incurring a loss as a result of the accommodation not being relet, you will be notified soon after the last day originally reserved and this loss must be paid within 7 days of notification. For your protection we strongly recommend you take advantage of the insurance application form which will be sent to you on confirmation i.e. with receipt of your deposit |
