|Timbertop Aparthotel is a family run business offering a selection of serviced apartments & en suite guest accommodation. Set in a lovely leafy cul de sac on Weston Hillside overlooking Weston Bay & sea front, we are an ideal choice for both business & leisure guests looking for that 'something different' from the average B & B. We are a popular choice for those working away from home on short & long term projects.|
We have 5 fine Edwardian town houses grouped together in Victoria Park. They have all been sympathetically converted to offer a wide choice of accommodation from compact studio apartments to 1,2 or 3 bedroom apartments.
We also have 7 double en suite guest bedrooms offering more traditional hotel style accommodation. These rooms have access to a private lounge & kitchen facilities so that you can prepare a light snack or evening meal instead of having to venture out every evening, which can often prove costly!
You may feel you would prefer to stay somewhere you have heard of before but when you stay with us, you can be assured of a friendly & personal welcome.

Weston is serviced by the M5, with two junctions - J21 - North of Weston (approx. 4 miles from BS23 2HZ) and J22 - South of Weston (approx. 7 miles from BS23 2HZ)
As well as the motorway, we have Bristol International Airport just 30 minutes away and our own train station which is serviced by regular trains from Bristol, Wales, London and Plymouth.
But for those who have to travel by car or van - we have our own car park and other parking on site. For a central location - we are extremely fortunate to be able to offer this facility.

The beauty of our accommodation is that you do have access to a fridge, microwave, toaster etc whether you are staying in a serviced apartment or one of our double en suite rooms - so whether you have special dietary needs, just watching your weight or simply the pennies, we can offer you this extra facility at no extra cost.
The prices below are a rough guideline to our normal charges and we can usually negotiate depending on the length of stay and how many persons are sharing the accommodation.
SELF CATERING APARTMENTS
Included in our prices are all utilities and overheads - this includes central heating, hot water and electricity but for moderate & normal usage.
Also included in our prices are bed linen, towels & servicing. From £90.00 per week to £500.00 per week
We do prefer to take a minimum of a week let on our apartments but we can offer shorter stays out of season.
Please note we are a NON VAT registered business
Company credit cards are welcome and we accept on line banking payments
The apartments are offered on a room only/self catering basis but we can provide a welcome pack with the following items:

* Choice of Cereal
* Milk & Fruit Juice
* Bread, Butter & Conserves
NB - These items are purely complimentary & are subject to change without prior notice.
EN SUITE GUEST ACCOMMODATION
The prices quoted are generally per person per night - £25 to £50 per person per night
The en suite guest accommodation is offered on a Room Only basis now. However, if breakfast is required please discuss this at the time of booking as it may be possible to arrange a continental or light cooked breakfast in advance.
As an alternative, we can now provide a breakfast pack to our guests who are staying in the en suite accommodation but this must be booked when reserving the accommodation.

Head north keeping sea to the left
Go past the new Grand Pier
Carry on past the Winter Gardens Pavilion (on your right)
Take next turning right
The College is now on your left
Take left turn after college into Lower Church Rd
Go up the hill and follow road round to the left.
After this sharp left hand bend, take the next right into Victoria Park.
Go up the hill and Timbertop Car Park is on the left behind the Queenswood Hotel.
This car park is for use of those residing at Timbertop & Seafarers.
Reception for Timbertop is at No 8 Victoria Park is found on the right hand side of the road.
If you are booking into Seafarers direct, please come straight to No 12 which is in the far right hand corner of the cul de sac.
