Jim and Annette Parkinson would like to welcome you to their home set in the heart of the small seaside town of Wells-next-the-Sea, in Norfolk England. Manor Farm is a late Georgian Period house set in spacious gardens with ample parking and offers luxurious accommodation at affordable prices. We welcome a variety of guests including families with well behaved school age children from 4 years upwards. Our breakfast menu is extensive using local produce and our own free range eggs. We try and cater for all diets.  We provide a quiet seating area overlooking the front garden which has a tropical fish tank and a selection of books to suit all ages, including bird watching books/magazines and our own bird report book. Located in a quiet location in the south of the town yet only a five minute walk from the town centre shops, restaurants, pubs and harbour. Close by is arguably one of the best beaches in the UK. |
| Ideally placed for numerous activities: Cycling: (National Cycle Route 1 passes our entrance) cycle storage available. Walking: Close to the Peddars Way and North Norfolk Coast Path Bird Watching: Titchwell, Cley, Holkham and many other reserves Sailing: with tuition available from Oceanus near the harbour Gillying: (It's not only the children who enjoy fishing for crabs on the Quay!) Beach Holidays: Miles of fine golden sand backed by dunes and pine forests. Or just come and relax and enjoy the many excellent facilities in and around Wells next the Sea; fine cuisine, stately homes, estate gardens, miniature railways, quiet and lively pubs with live music in some and a traditional English shopping street. | Rooms We have 3 en-suite light and airy rooms available, furnished to a high standard. All our rooms have T.V. and tea/coffee making facilities. In addition we have a quiet seating area for guests to use for reading or just to relax and watch our tropical fish!

| Rates Deluxe Room from £70.00 Twin Room from £60.00 Double Room from £60.00 The above rates are based on 2 people sharing and include breakfast of your choice from our menu. We welcome bookings from single people @ £40.00 per night during the week and £50.00 at the weekend. Children of school are charged £15.00 per night per child.
