Welcome to the Holly Lodge.We are a four star bed and breakfast guest house, situated in the centre of York. The Holly Lodge is a comfortable and friendly establishment where you are always assured of a warm welcome! Holly Lodge is a beautifully appointed Georgian Grade II listed building that has been awarded four stars by the AA and the English Tourist board. The historic building dates back to the early 1800's and oozes character and charm. We are a family run business that aims to offer you an enjoyable and comfortable stay, whether you are looking for a short city break, romantic weekend or a longer holiday, we can accommodate you. We are ideally located, a short ten minute walk, or fifteen minute riverside stroll from the city centres attractions, whilst also conveniently located for the University, York Race course and the Designer Outlet. |

| Holly Lodge offers individually furnished en-suite bedrooms that are comfortable and well equipped. Wifi access is also available. The spacious lounge overlooks the garden and comes complete with a grand piano, and our traditional breakfasts are served in the cosy breakfast room which is still home to the original Aga.Each room comes equipped with towels and complimentary toiletries. We have a variety of rooms available, including doubles, twins and family rooms, all of which are en suite. |

| We offer a buffet breakfast of assorted cereal and fruit which can be followed by our delicious traditional full English breakfast, using fresh ingredients and cooked to order they are the perfect way to start your day. We can also offer a vegetarian breakfast, fruits and many other alternatives subject to availability. Guests can also make use of the delightful walled garden, which can be viewed from most of the rooms. Guaranteed onsite parking is also available within our walled grounds and is free of charge, a rare and valuable facility in the city of York. |

Midweek Corporate Rates Midweek corporate rates are available for two or more nights stay (subject to availability) from £58.00. Cancellation Policy If you do have to cancel a booking for whatever reason, we ask that you contact us immediately to avoid any unnecessary cancellation charges being incurred. Any cancellations or amendment to the contracted booking will be subject to the full charge of the booking unless it is made at least seven days prior to arrival. Room Availability Although we offer room choice when you book there may be times when, due to unforeseen circumstances we are unable to honour the chosen room. In the event of this happening we would offer a room of similar standard as a replacement. Other Info Our standard room rate is £39.00 per person per night. The prices on the calendar show the single occupancy rate and the price per room based on two sharing for doubles and four sharing for the family/twin room. Unfortunately pets are not allowed and we can't accommodate children under the age of 7. At the moment we can only accept online bookings for a minimum of 2 nights at weekends (Fri/Sat). |
