Located in Kent, Tunbridge Wells is located approximately 50 kilometers south of London. It borders East Sussex County. The town of Tunbridge Wells came about during the Georgian era when it developed as a spa town. Later the popularity of the town did diminish to some degree in favor of sea bathing; however, the town is still a popular tourist spot today, with many tourists making their way each year. Officially known as Royal Tunbridge Wells is an awesome town in Kent and enjoys the neighbourhood of Central London which is just over 30 miles away. Originally it was planned to be a spa, the term spa is normally used to mention a place where the water is thought to have extraordinary benefits for health. Nowadays you can find many private companies that are maintaining the ancient traditional heritage. It still draws tourists from all over the place and the tourism is still one of the primary source of revenue for this town.

Tunbridge Wells has an amazing museum that covers the modern trends in the natural history. Most of all it is free and remains open throughout the week. It is almost 150 year old treasure and over time it went through many changes. It hosts many exhibitions that are relevant to the current scientific developments.
