Founded in 1877, this store has everything you would expect from a big department store in one of the most exclusive parts of London. Clothes, accessories, household goods it's got it all.
The store is probably most famous for its slogan 'never knowingly undersold', which it lives up to by offering to give you a refund (of the difference) if you find the same item on sale at a lower price within a week of purchase!
Peter Jones is actually part a large chain of department stores, the John Lewis chain, but it still retains a special air of exclusivity.
