This house is the Scout Association's international headquarters. It is also home to a museum dedicated to the Scout and Guide movement's founder Lord Robert Baden-Powell.
The museum covers the whole of Baden-Powell's life, from his military career as an officer in the Boer War to the foundation of his Boy Scouts. There is all manner of Baden-Powell memorabilia including his hat, the manuscript of his Scouting for Boys and various paintings and sketches.
Baden-Powell House is open daily from 7am-11pm. On Buckingham Palace Road you will find the Girl Guide Museum.
