Sudbury is very beautiful small, old market town in Suffolk County of England and is located on the banks of River Stour, about 15 miles from the Colchester and about 60 miles (approximately) from London.

For centuries, the silk and weaving industry has boomed here and great churches and houses have been built, giving this town a memorable major historical legacy. This town has been used as a location for many movies, significantly for famous BBC's Lovejoy. Sudbury is surrounded by attractive countryside area. The small town has produced some greatest painters of history like Thomas Gainsborough and John Constable. Sudbury is the most recommended place for relaxed walking holidays.

Sudbury is your major gateway to tourism, business and leisure in the town. Set in heart of Stour Valley, an outstanding area of amazing natural beauty, Sudbury is ideal for both pleasure trips and business. Sudbury is a very important ancient market place dating back to the Saxon age. There is a remarkable improvement in road and transport network in the town. Sudbury has a railway link to London. Sudbury is centered around the North Street and Market Hill with town hall near to the meeting place of the two and opposite to the St Peter's church.
