We offer Single, Twin, Double, and Family rooms each individually furnished with traditional fixtures and fittings. We have a lounge offering a great place to relax and a dining room offering both cooked and continental breakfasts.

Situated in the center of Leamington Spa, York House is ideal for both business and leisure stays, we are a 5 minute walk from the town centre and close to popular tourist attractions, for the business guest we are situated close to the Stoneleigh Park, Warwick Technology Park and The National Exhibition Centre is less than 30 minutes away.
