Wrasford Farm is a 180 acre working sheep & beef farm with a number of horses.The farmhouse is a beautiful building built in 1850 retaining many of its original features. It is set in a stunning location amid peaceful scenic countryside, an ideal base from which to explore the north Cornwall Coastline.

The accommodation:

Two large en-suite bedrooms with toilet/shower/wash-basin facilities. There is also a double room with adjoining private luxury bathroom for the sole use of guests. Rooms include tea and coffee making facilities and television. Families can be accommodated, please ask for more details.

A generous full English breakfast is served either in the dining room or conservatory, whichever guests prefer. Our own farm produce is used where-ever possible including free range eggs There are various breakfast options including vegetarian and continental.

The conservatory directly overlooks an extensive lawned garden, guests are quite welcome to sit and relax during the evening with a bottle of wine.

Ample private parking
I am sorry, there are no facilities for pets.
Towels are provided but please bring your own beach towels.

Directions:
Travelling east on the A39 from Stratton towards Bideford. You will enter the small village of Kilkhampton, just after leaving the village you will see a right turn signposted Bradworthy. Follow this narrow road for about 2/3 of a mile and crossing over a small bridge. Just after the bridge you will come to a lane going into the left, follow the lane to the end and you will see Wrasford Farm

Locally:
Kilkhampton is just a few minutes drive away, it has two good pubs, a general stores/post office and a popular farm shop.The nearest beaches are at Sandymouth Bay and Duckpool, both are quite popular with visitors and locals alike and they are only 3 - 4 miles away.
