Worgret Manor Hotel, Wareham, Dorset

The Worgret Manor Hotel is a Georgian Manor House situated just outside the town of Wareham at the gateway to the isle of purbeck. The Dorset coast is a world heritage site and other attractions include Corfe Castle, Lulworth Cove, Monkey World, Swanage with its steam railway and the surrounding National Trust properties.

The Hotel has ample parking. We also welcome well-behaved dogs!

Accomodation
Accommodation is available on a bed and breakfast basis. All prices are inclusive of a full English or continental breakfast

Bedrooms
All of the Hotel's accommodation includes en-suite bathroom facilities. Colour TV's, direct dial telephones, tea and coffee making facilities and hair dryers are also part of the comprehensive room equipment list. Ironing and shoe cleaning facilities are available on request.

One of the rooms even boasts a "wig cupboard" and a four-poster bed. All rooms have their own indiviuality and reflect the hotel's original manor house state. Many rooms feature a fire place and canopies over the bed

Restaurant
Dining in the fully licensed Worgret Manor 'Doors' restaurant, you can enjoy selections from our seasonal menus, crafted to reflect regional flavours of Dorset, using locally produced ingredients.

For fine dining, you can choose from our a la Carte menu, while light meals and snacks can be obtained from our bar menu. Customised menus are also available for special occasions, after discussions with our head Chef

After dinner you can relax in the comfort of the fully licensed bar, or in the sitting room, with the day's local newspapers + television before retiring to your room.

In the morning, you will start your day in the Doors Restaurant with a choice of breakfast options, from light Continental to hearty English.

Luncheon and Dinner are served daily and offer a choice of A la Carte or Bar menus.

Function Rooms
Function facilities are available for a variety of events, from Conferences to Weddings and other celebrations. We take pride in tailoring function packages to individual requirements and welcome these enquiries.

From Dorchester
Follow the A352 and signs to Worgret/Wareham.
As you approach Wareham look out for us on the right hand side.

From Southampton
Take the main road following signs to Poole, join the A35 dual carriageway until you reach the Bakers Arms roundabout, follow the A351 to Wareham then follow signs to Wool and Dorchester. Once on the A352 we are a few hundred yards up on the left hand side.
