Situated ½ mile from Fishbourne Roman Palace, 10 mins from Goodwood House, 1.5 miles from the historic little harbour of Bosham and 4 mins drive into Chichester with its festival theatre.

There is plenty of parking on site for seven cars and a locked garage for cyclists.

Two rooms are ground floor rooms with access to the garden, making them ideal for guests who experience difficulty with stairs.

There is a beautiful family suite consisting of three rooms which will sleep up to 4 people.

There are also facilities for two singles if required.

Freshly cooked breakfasts are served with plenty of options, making the whole experience a pleasure not to be missed, so why not treat yourselves to a few days break?
