Eighteen bedroom Private Hotel and Restaurant situated in the village of Leeming Bar on the A684 half a mile from the A1 Motorway.

All our rooms have private bathrooms, private telephone, trouser press, colour TV/radio and tea/coffee making facilities. We are RAC two star and a member of the English Tourism Council two star rated.

A La Carte and Table d'hôte menus are served in the first class Restaurant renowned for its traditional fayre. Sunday Luncheon is a firm favourite. Bar food is available in the comfortable Lounge Bar.

We are ideally situated between two National Parks from where you can explore The Yorkshire Dales, the resorts of the East Coast or even visit The Lake District. Six miles from Northallerton, the County Town, and only two miles from Bedale on the A684, the road to the Dales. Both Herriot Country in the heart of North Yorkshire and the spectacular scenery of Heartbeat Country in The North Yorks Moors are just a short drive away.

There are markets held weekly in all the local towns and it is possible to go to a different one each day, including Sunday.
