Pulford Room: A tranquil room with four-poster bed and en-suite shower room. This room looks out on the front of the property with views across the fields to North Walsham. Orton Room: Double or twin. This is a comfortably furnished suite of rooms which look out onto the farm. There is a king size double bed and seating area plus a luxury en-suite bathroom with roll top bath and seperate shower. For guests who prefer a twin room, there is a single bedroom in the suite which can be provided in addition to the double bed ro provide twin accommodation. Stafford Room: A sunny yellow room with a double bed and an en-suite shower room. This room looks out over the farm towards the coast.  |
| GRANARY AND WALLAGES COTTAGES Converted from the farm's granary and hayloft, both the cottages offer self-catering holiday accommodation combining modern comforts with an attractive period setting.  Each cottage provides ample accommodation for six with lounge, dining area, kitchen and cloakroom on the ground floor and three bedrooms and bathroom on the first floor. They are comfortably furnished throughout and each cottage has its own patio, garden furniture and barbeque - the patio area opens out into peaceful, mature gardens with a play area.

Only 1.5 miles from the North Norfolk Coast and within a designated area of outstanding natural beauty, we are well placed for you to discover East Anglia's diverse attractions.Along the coast there are many clean sandy beaches as well as the 'traditional' seaside resorts at Cromer and Sheringham. There are marshes and nature reserves at Blakeney and Cley or the National Trust properties at Felbrigg and Blickling to explore.
