Formerly a barn on the Flete Estate, Whitehayes is very close to the Erme Estuary which is a designated Site of Special Scientific Interest. Mothecombe Beach is approximately 5 mins by car and at low water offers a wonderful sandy estuary on the public beach. The private beach is open on Wed. Sat. and Sunday. |

| Directions From A38 take left at Wrangaton Cross for Ermington A3121 and Yealmpton Modbury A379, 1 mile on to Kitterford Cross turn right onto A3121, 5 miles on join A379 Yealmpton/ Plymouth 1 mile on turn left for Holbeton/ Mothecombe, 1.5miles on turn left to Holbeton. Follow sign to Village Hall. Whitehayes Barn is situated on far side of Village Hall |
