| Welcome We hope that you'll enjoy your stay in 'Whimbrels Totnes' and extend a very warm welcome to our home. To add to the comfort of your stay, the room has private access and in addition you are most welcome to spend time in our garden with its stunning views over Totnes. WiFi available Rooms Our self-contained ground-floor, twin-bedded room has ensuite facilities with shower. The room has a separate cloakroom and a private entrance. The TV comes with Freeview. There is a small kitchen with fridge, microwave, toaster and tea & coffee making facilities. Breakfast is served in our dining room and guests may choose from a continental or traditional cooked breakfast with meat from the local butchers or you may want a bit of both! We are also happy to cater for vegetarian diets. On fine days it's possible to have breakfast al fresco. We are also able to offer a self catering facility where we provide the food and guests can then eat it in their own time in the room. Totnes Totnes, with its wide range of restaurants, historic buildings, castle and museum, is a short walk from our house and the Ariel Centre is just around the corner. The River Dart is also within walking distance which is very handy for a variety of boat trips (including canoeing) along the beautiful Dart valley. There is also a Rare Breeds Farm and a Steam Railway.Dartington is 5 minutes drive away and we are well placed for Torbay, Dartmouth, Dartmoor and the South Devon Coast with many lovely Devon villages on the way.
