| Your hosts Mark & Ann will ensure you have a warm welcome, provide an informal atmosphere and will always be happy to help make your stay as enjoyable as possible. Wentworth House is situated in the tranquil rural village of Aldbrough, near to the church. Aldbrough is on the coast just east of Hull, between Hornsea and Withernsea, and has a range of local services including 3 Pubs. The Bed & Breakfast is currently rated (Visit Britain) has a licensed four star guest house. We also offer many of the facilities of a hotel, if required. The distinctive house is spacious with lots of character, particularly the hall and staircase, and has some historical significance. The individually designed bedrooms are all ensuite, have Freeview television and internet access. Our large secure car park is surrounded by landscaped gardens, ideal for a picnic lunch. We are family & dog friendly. Our traditional English breakfast uses locally reared pork and free range eggs, all other items are locally sourced including our range of jams and marmalades. |

| Wentworth Bedrooms The Bedrooms have been named after local landmarks or historical characters. The Guest House's & Bedrooms all have direct line telephones, broadband internet connection (wireless network), TVs, radio alarm clocks, hair dryer, trouser press, full length mirrors, stationery, plus tea /coffee / making facilities and snacks. All but one are en-suite. All rooms have Freeview and most have a DVD. In addition to this we have, on request, an ironing facility. Smoking is not allowed anywhere within the building, although there are 2 outside covered areas for those who need a fix. Our deluxe ground floor bedroom has its own access and outside porch. Visitors can park within a metre of the door (ideal for anyone with limited mobility and Guests with Dogs.). Although not to building regulation sizes for disabled use, users with wheelchairs and assistance can comfortably access all the ground floor rooms. We have named it the Jamaican room after James Bean the plantation owner who rebuilt Wentworth House. |

| Whether you require a long or short stay or a weekend break, we can accommodate all your needs and requirements. Our spacious lounges provide seating both by the bar and adjoining television viewing area. The Function room can be used as a small conference/meeting area and has modern presentation facilities. The room is also used for pre-booked meals (Minimum 10 people) and is ideal for small to medium parties, who generally have exclusive use of the Guest House. Evening meals, light lunches and snacks are sometimes available on request, although the two Public Houses in the village both provide a good range of food at very reasonable prices. At Wentworth House we try to cater for everyone's needs, hoping to make your stay a relaxing and pleasant break. |
