Situated just 19 miles north of Glasgow, this lochside idyll is a haven for romantic weekend breaks and perfect for longer stays with lots to do and see in the area. Loch Lomond is a national park and offers fantastic walks, golf courses, cycling and of course boat trips. For those in need of serious pampering, there is a world class spa nearby.

The Cottage Suite is a romantic setting for two. It has a private entrance with a cosy sitting room and a stunning view across Loch Lomond to the mountains beyond. Settle here and enjoy your complimentary whisky from the courtesy tray provided.
The bedroom has a Gothic canopied 4 poster double bed, a TV and an en-suite shower room.

The Garden Room is entered from your private, fairy-lit, covered terrace. The Garden room is our reference to the 'Auld Alliance' a little touch of Françoise, with lace, toile de jouy linen and crystal chandelier giving it a fresh summer feel. TV, refreshments, en-suite shower room and of course the VIEW!

The Cranny is a characterful upstairs double bedroom overlooking the islands of Loch Lomond.
You could almost be on a boat when you sit in bed and look right onto the water. TV, courtesy tray and en-suite shower room.

From the South
- Take the M8 signed for Glasgow/Glasgow Airport, pass the Airport then take the A898 Erskine Bridge accross the River Clyde
- Join the A82 North signed Crialarich
- Pass through 5 roundabouts on A82
- Approx 1 mile north of the fifth roundabout take the first on the right signed Cameron House/Duck Bay, follow the Bay round, the Loch is now on the right, Waters Edge Cottage on the Left.
From the North
- Take the A82 southbound - a lovely drive along the Lochside passing Tarbet and Luss
- Approx 5 miles south of Luss pass through a roundabout then take first on left into Duck Bay
- Drive along the Bay, Loch is on your left, Waters Edge Cottage is on your right
We are approx 19 miles (40 minutes from Glasgow ) and approx 14 miles (30 minutes) from Airport.

Check in times - Our preferred times are between 12 noon and 1 pm or between 5 pm and 6 pm (outwith these times by arrangement only).
