 The rooms are spacious, high ceilinged, light and airy, comfortably furnished and tastefully decorated. Little 'extras' are included in the tariff, such as the ovaltine nightcap, bathrobes and shower caps, bolsters for greater comfort when reading or watching TV in bed, towels for the beach, the whirlpool bath in the single suite, the fridge with glasses and bottle opener in the double rooms, magazines, books and board games in the sitting room for cosy evenings round the fire in cooler months. All rooms are provided with colour TV, clock, tea/coffee making facilities and hairdryer.  Double rooms fully en-suite. Room with twin single beds, shower en-suite and private toilet on landing nearby. Single room with private (whirlpool) bath and toilet. One of the double rooms is on the ground floor, making it suitable for a mildly disabled guest with the help of an able bodied companion. There is a patio with garden furniture provided for your use in summer. Regret cannot take dogs. |
| Meals and other facilities: Breakfast is always included in the basic tariff and is served in the dining room. The breakfast menu offers a wide choice from the health-conscious to the generous plateful; a super continental breakfast is also available by prior request and there is homemade Seville marmalade and jam.Vegetarian and other dietary requirements can be catered for with prior warning. By arrangement, your host will happily collect you from the rail station. Other details and house rules: Sorry, smoking is not permitted. Children over 5 years old are welcomed.
