Welcome to the Wallfoot
The Wallfoot is a popular hotel and restaurant three miles East of Carlisle and five minutes drive from junction 44 on the M6. The Hotel is set in beautiful gardens and surrounded by open countryside.
We invite old friends and new to stay in our comfortable rooms or eat in our newly refurbished bar and restaurant.
The Wallfoot is on the Hadrian's Wall cycle Path and 4 minutes' walk from the National Trail. We have a cycle shed and drying facilities.
Our talented chef, Geoff, has created a traditional bar menu and exciting new dishes for the restaurant. All our food is handmade from fresh, high quality ingredients.We are sure you will enjoy our delicious food in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere.

Accomodation
We have a range of accommodation from single rooms to a large four poster bedroom. Prices start from £45 for single rooms, £65 for doubles/twins and £75 for our deluxe four-poster room (right). All prices are per room per night and include breakfast. We also offer a ten percent discount for guests staying over three nights.
We are conveniently located for Carlisle, Brampton, Carlisle Airport and the Hadrian's Wall National Trail.

 | The Restaurant
We offer high quality, freshly made food in our restaurant and bar. Our chef Geoff has designed an orignal menu inspired by local Cumbrian ingredients. All of our meat can be sourced to local farms and our vegetables are fresh and seasonal.
For a more traditional meal, we're sure you'll enjoy something from our bar menu. Please phone, or just drop in, if you'd like to eat here at the Walfoot.
Our public rooms can be used for parties or meetings and can be arranged for either board meetings or conferences.
We are an ideal setting for parties, including weddings, and we offer a free shuttle service to and from Carlisle Station for groups of over 10.

We are surrounded by fabulous scenery and lovely walks including te Hadrian's Wall National Trail and the River Irthing.
The Eden Golf Course is on our doorstep and we are just minutes away from the city of Carlisle.
We area fantastic base for visiting the Lake District, Hadrian's Wall and South West Scotland. You can also visit one of our suppliers, Bessy Beck Trout Farm, where you can learn the art of fly fishing.
