| A Warm welcome awaits you at Venn Farm, peacefully situated amidst the rolling countryside of the South Hams. We are a family-run working farm offering friendly hospitality, comfortable accommodation and plentiful food. Children are encouraged to take an active interest in the day-to-day running of the farm and dogs are welcome by arrangement.
Although the farm is in a secluded spot, we are just two miles from the A38 and centrally situated for exploring Dartmoor and the delightful sandy beaches of the South Devon coast. The historic cities of Exeter and Plymouth are both about a half-hour's drive away. The nearby village of Ugborough is built around an open square with a 14th century church and two busy pubs. Facilities for pony trekking and a golf course are on our doorstep as is the South Dartmoor Leisure Centre at Ivybridge with free-form indoor and outdoor swimming pools with water slides and sun bathing terraces. The farmhouse has 1 family room and 1 double room. |

| How to Find us From Exeter travelling south along the A38. Leave at the Yealmpton, Modbury, Ermington junction and keep to the left. Take the second turning on the right and go straight through at the cross roads. Turn left and then left again at the stone pillars. We are the first on the left through the laurel archway. |
