We are situated just off the promenade between South and Central Piers,and close to Blackpool Pleasure Beach,Sandcastle /Waterworld, & Blackpool Tower. Tram stop, Promenade, & Blackpool Illuminations 150 meters. * FREE PARKING * Tariff;- B&B from £18.00 per person per night. * Choice of En-suite or Standard rooms. * Dining room / Lounge. * Delicious home cooked breakfast included. * Complementary Tea & Coffee making facilities * Spacious comfortable rooms. *Couples and families & mixed groups only, sorry no single sex groups. The hotel is situated in Blackpool's South Shore which is popular, with the Blackpool Pleasure beach, and the Sandcastle, are only a 10 minute walk from the hotel. The Blackpool Tower and the Town centre 15 minutes walk, or use the Trams, which stop at the end of the road - only 150 metres away! We started the business in October 2006, re-opening after a 2 year closure (due to retirement / ill health of the previous proprietors.) Our aim is to offer Quality Bed and Breakfast accommodation and value for money to families and couples.We have 4 family rooms, 1 twin, and the rest are double rooms. We are members of the 'Blackpool Hotel and Guest house association', and also await the approval from Blackpool tourist board's 'Quality scheme'. The property was built as a private villa in a Gothic style in 1858, and still contains many original features, plaster covings and ceiling roses etc. The rooms are spacious, and comfortable, of which 4 are en-suite. |
