From Tremont House it is only a short walk to unique shops, interesting walks, friendly pubs and excellent restaurants. Lostwithiel is an enjoyable town to visit. Our beds are warm, comfortable and will provide the sleep you need to enjoy your holiday. Our breakfast is varied, we can provide a continental, vegetarian or full English cooked breakfast. To enhance your breakfast experience, we purchase local produce where possible. We offer a bed and breakfast establishment with excellent access to Lostwithiel and surrounding areas. As a tourist to this area we can offer advice on where to go and road maps to help you with your visits. We have parking on site and are only a short drive from the Eden Project, Lost Gardens of Heligan, Lanhydrock House, Restormel Castle as well as the scenic ports of Polperro, Fowey, Charlestown and Mevagissey. We are in fact central to all the beauty of Cornwall. Room OneThis room is the smallest of the three rooms. It is still a good size and comfortably contains a double bed with additional seating. The en-suite bathroom has a shower with a choice of toiletries for your comfort. Like all our rooms, there is a television, video player as well as tea and coffee making facilities. Common to Victorian house built at this time the bedroom has a decorative fireplace. Room Rate: £25-£32.50 per person per night based on two people sharing the room. Room TwoAwake to a beautiful sunrise, our second bedroom faces east and overlooks the town of Lostwithiel and countryside beyond. The bedroom has a double and single bed and attached bathroom equipped with both shower and bath. Hairdryer and iron are available on request. Room Rate: £27-£32.50 per person per night, based on double occupancy. Please enquire for reduced rates for children under 12 years of age and multiple night visits. Room ThreeThis large bedroom is equipped with a double and single bed with room for another bed if required. The window faces east and provides a beautiful view over the town of Lostwithiel and surrounding countryside. There is a washbasin in the room with a private bathroom and separate toilet being down a few steps. This bathroom and toilet are for the sole use of the occupants of room 3 and is equipped with a shower/bath and washbasin. Room rate: £25-£30.00 per person per night, based on double occupancy.
