Our cottage style annex has six delightful large, airy luxury en suite rooms. Each room has its own TV and coffee making facilities and access at all times. All rooms are individual and have a homely atmosphere. We have double, twin and single rooms, a family room, facilities for the disabled and also a brass four poster bed. Rye bay fish is bought daily from local trawlers and we take the fullest advantage of the best in seasonal game meat, fresh fruit and vegetables. An ideal base for exploring the whole of the area The Top O' The Hill is less than ten minutes walk from the town itself, is adjacent to the fascinating Romney Marshes and is surrounded by superb walking country over farmland, woodland and coastal areas and someof the best beaches in the country. Deep sea fishing, sea angling, bathing and water sports, trout fishing, golf and riding within easy reach of the Inn, or a pleasant drive to visit Battle,Bedgebury Pinetum, Bodian Castle, Scotney Castle, Sissinghurst Castle, Great Dixter and Hastings, and many National Trust properties nearby.

We are located less than half a mile from Rye town centre mainline rail and bus stations on the A268 at the top O' the hill.
