| The Hotel In spring 2007, The Redlands was taken over and re-named The Topaz Hotel. The new owner, Jamie Hiley, has many plans to make the hotel one of the most comfortable and inviting in Bournemouth. An on-going plan to upgrade all rooms is successfully underway. This is being done with minimal disruption on the current business and will create a "jewel" in Bournemouth. With Jamie's personal warmth and experience and the upgrade of the facilities, the Topaz will be no.1 on your list when visiting Bournemouth time and time again. |

Tariff
Prices are per person per night B&B based on two adults sharing a double or twin room. Bank Holiday Periods not included. Single supplement of a double room £15.00 Please call us for corporate rates & long term stays Children Reductions Children sharing a room with 2 adults will be charged as follows: Infants under 2 £5.00 per night Children 2 - 12 = 50 % reduction with breakfast Children 13 - 15 = 25% reduction with breakfast Children not sharing with 2 adults are charged at the full adult rate |

| Bookings Group Bookings Group bookings are generally accepted please contact us for details. Check in / Check out Check-in is from 2pm on the day of arrival. If you arrive before this time we will try to accommodate you by storing your bags and offering you a parking space. On day of departure we ask guests to vacate their room by 10.30am. Special Needs Please advise of any special needs you or anyone in you party have at the time of booking. Cancellation Policy Over 24 hours - 3 days (72 hours) 50% of the booking Less than 24 hours notice the full booking will be charged to the credit / debit card booked with. We require all bookings to be guaranteed with a credit / debit card. Some bookings will require a deposit. The person making the booking will be held responsible for the actions of their party, any loss of revenue or damage as a result of the booking will be claimed against their credit or debit card. Payments Accepted There is a 5% Charge on all Credit Cards. There is no charge on debit/switch cards |
