Toads Alley is a 15th Century cottage situated in a quiet lane in the village centre of Buriton, 4 miles from Petersfield. The cottage is set in an half an acre of attractive garden, which guests are invited to use, with views across a stunning valley. There is one 2 twin-bedded room available with private bathroom. A second twin-bedded room for children or friends is also available but with shared bathroom. Both rooms have views and overlooking the garden.

The village is picturesque, quiet, has two great pubs and a village shop. For those who enjoy walking the village is at the foot of the South Downs Way.
Portsmouth, Winchester and Chichester are all within easy reach with plenty of things to do from the Naval Base at Portsmouth with HMS Victory to the National Trust Properties of Petworth Park and Uppark. Goodwood is close by too for those interested in horseracing, Chichester Harbour and the Solent for those interested in sailing and the Isle of Wight is a short ferry trip away.

Travelling south on the A3, take the junction for Buriton 2 miles south of Petersfield. Follow the slip road to the roundabout. Go straight across, taking the 2nd exit signposted for Buriton and follow the road into the village. Go pass both pubs until you reach the village pond. South Lane is on your right hand side - turn right alongside the pond, Toads Alley is the first cottage you come to on your left hand side.
