| The Retreat The Retreat is well off the main road in the village of Sandford on the outskirts of the Dorset town of Wareham. Sandford is on the edge of Wareham forest. The Retreat is situated at the Western end of Poole Harbour on the edge of Wareham Forest. It is in a quiet location with easy access to Poole, Sandbanks, the Isle of Purbeck, Lulworth Cove and the Jurassic Coast. The Retreat has two private suites within the main house offering privacy throughout your stay. Facilities include, Shower, Bath, Central Heating, TV, DVD, Microwave, Toaster, Fridge, Queen Bed, Private balcony plus lots more - ideal facilities for that short break. A traditional english breakfast menu is available. Freshly cooked and served on a tray for you to eat in the privacy of your suite. The Isle of Purbeck is only a few miles away and boasts many amenities with many other famous attractions, Monkey World, Corfe Castle, Bovington Tank Museum, Lulworth Cove and the Swanage Steam Railway. The market towns of Wareham and Dorchester and the Jurassic Coast are only a short drive away. |
