
We have three bedrooms, one single , one twin with a shared bathroom and a double / family room ) which is spacious and has full-sized bathroom with bath, shower and WC . We also have a guest lounge. The Paddocks is located at the top of a private driveway adjacent to the village green and pond.
When you come to Palgrave you will stay in an unspoilt beautiful village easily reached on foot along a concrete path between open fields, a path used for many years by locals to walk or cycle into Diss.
For those interested in the TV series 'Dads Army', Bressingham houses the memorabilia from the programme.
An early morning walk past the pond, across the village green is ideal for creating the appetite needed to do justice to this relic of bygone days.
The 'Full Monty' English Breakfast provided consists of fruit juice, cereals, with bacon, eggs, mushrooms, sausages and tomatoes. If a more continential breakfast is preferred please mention this on booking in order that fresh croissants etc. can be provided.

The Suffolk countryside and coast is also easily reached from Palgrave. For those people who like walking, 'Thornham walks' are definitely worth a visit being only 10 miles away.
Lovely Suffolk towns such as Woodbridge and Lavenham are accessible along traffic free Suffolk roads.

Southwold and Walberswick, on the coast, are a delight and seem to have been caught in a time-warp while offering modern amenities and attractions for everyone.
Thorpeness and Aldeburgh, a little further down the coast have a certain charm that has been lost on the coastal towns of southern England. These two are situated so that you can easily walk from one to the other either along the beach or a quiet road.
