The Coach House is a peaceful cottage in the grounds of a country house, surrounded by farmland. It is just a few miles from the market town of East Grinstead, the Ashdown Forest, Weirwood Reservoir Nature Reserve, the Bluebell Steam Railway, and is a great base for visits to famous gardens and stately homes, while being only 20 minutes from Gatwick Airport.
The accommodation includes an ensuite twin-bedded room with sole use of the adjacent sitting room and adjoining terrace, with outstanding views of the South Downs. There is another twin-bedded room, which is on the ground floor, and has its private bathroom just one step away. Tea and coffee-making facilities are included in each room.
Breakfast includes local free-range eggs; organic bread and honey; home-made jams and marmalade.
Most people remark on tranquillity, warm welcome and atmosphere, and the real flavour of the countryside, and they frequently return.
The charge per night for the twin bedded en-suite room with private sitting room is £70 a night - for the single room with private bathroom it is £40 a night
