‘The Bank’ is a conveniently appointed Grade B listed property, where Victorian Grandeur fuses effortlessly with modern contemporary design. You may be forgiven for thinking we are a 5 star Boutique Hotel, we’re not; we’re just simply trying to redefine B&B.
Spacious bedrooms, loaded with original features are stylishly furnished and equipped with everything needed to make your stay a comfortable and memorable one. Sumptuous hospitality trays; Comfy Beds; Gorgeous Sofas/Seating; IPod Docking Stations, DVD players, Flat Screen TV’s; hairdryers, Toiletries; Fluffy Towels and so on and so on and so on…
Our guest lounge dining room gives you the opportunity to relax indoors, once comfortable on the huge Italian leather sofas you may find it difficult to venture outside! We have an extensive audio and DVD library, feel free to indulge. Breakfast is served at your convenience, at a time when you want it! Our food is freshly prepared and features the best of local Scottish Borders produce, organic wherever and whenever possible.
If you bring it, we have secure storage for it, golf clubs, bicycles, motor bike boots and helmets, fishing rods and waders, we even have a designated freezer for any fish you catch! For extra peace of mind we have a private secure 8 bay car park, so you can relax and forget about your vehicle or motor bike for as long as you stay with us.
Tariff
Bed and Breakfast We have 4 rooms, all with luxurious en suites plus 2 additional bedrooms with shared bathroom. Because of the sheer size of our rooms, accommodation is flexible, simply tell us what you want; Double, Family, Adjoining or Single, oh by the way we do not charge extra for single occupancy, why should we? Double room rate per night with full Scottish breakfast starts from only £75.
We can book local Golf courses on your behalf or why not try the Award Winning 3 or 5 day Freedom of the Fairways pass. This pass will allow you to see and play at 14 participating courses in around the Scottish Borders. For Anglers we can arrange daily or yearly fishing permits (Fishing permits currently £12 daily £45 per annum, no rod licence required).
