Also in close proximity are the Ferry Port, Terminal, the Bus Station, the Railway Station as well as facilities for sailing, fishing, swimming (in a municipal pool, private clubs or the sea), tennis, family crazy golf and a playground for children, not forgetting various organised boat trips to the Royal Naval Base at Devonport and other places of interest.

"The Firs", a Non-Smoking Guest House refurbished to a high standard, offers the following facilities:

Comfortable, well-furnished bedrooms some of which are with en-suite toilet and shower. Our family room accommodates four persons, in twin beds and adult-sized bunk beds.

All the bedrooms have tea/coffee making facilities, colour TV, radio alarms and central heating.

Full traditional English or to your choice of Breakfast that can be served early if you are catching the Ferry or going to work.

On-Street or nearby Municipal Car Parking (Free every evening from 4-00pm to 10-00am and Free all day Sunday). We can assist with all-day Parking Vouchers.

House trained, well-behaved dogs are most welcome.

Directions

From the A38 (Exeter to Cornwall) take the A374 to Plymouth City Centre, follow signs to The Hoe. Continue along Hoe Road, with The Sea on your left and The Dome and The Hoe, 'a park (with the Smeaton Lighthouse) on your right, towards Grand Parade. Take first right at the roundabout into Pier Street.

THE FIRS" is 100 yards up on the right.
