Our charming rustic hotel is set in the beautiful countryside of Grantham in the heart of England. Perfectly located with excellent accessibility for those all important business conferences and meetings or for exploring the area's many cultural sites and attractions. Comfortably furnished and tastefully decorated rooms, atmospheric restaurant, contemporary lounge, traditional bar and luxurious spa make us an idyllic retreat.
Each of our rooms and suites are spacious, well equipped and tastefully decorated for a comfortable stay.
We offer three categories of accommodation, ranging from our delightful deluxe rooms to our luxury executive suites, including one adapted suite with wheelchair access shower and 6 other specially adapted disabled bedrooms.
All rooms feature en-suite bathrooms, direct dial telephones with automated wake up calls, remote control television, hairdryers, tea and coffee making facilities and individual heating controls. Room service is available.
Our family rooms provide a safe haven for you and your children.
For that special occassion we can offer a luxurious welcome service, including chocolates, champagne and a rose in your suite upon arrival.

Cancellation Policy:
Any cancellation must be received before 12am (midnight), 24 hours prior to the arrival date e.g. cancellation for arrival date 20th would need to be cancelled by midnight on the 18th to not incur charges. Any bookings cancelled after such time would be charged at full rate.

Delicious meals are available in our atmospheric Barn Restaurant and bar. We can also offer private dining in both our delightful Allington and Newton Suites for those special occasions or business functions.

Our conference suites and meeting rooms are individually designed with their own character and charm. All rooms have access to our free wireless internet. Screen, overhead projector, flipcharts and pens are included in the room hire and delegate rates. Further speacialist equipment is avaliable on request.
Directions from the A1 North-Newark
Once you have passed Newark continue on the A1 for approximately 12 miles. Take the turning on the left hand side, sign-posted Marston (passing a petrol station on your left). Follow the country road for about a mile and turn left into our car park.
From the A1 South-Stamford
Once you have passed Stamford continue on the A1 for approximately 30 miles. Stay on the dual carriageway until you have passed the exit for Downtown and Boundary Mill superstore and Belton. Continue on the A1 North for approximately 1 mile until you see a turning to the right for Marston and the Texaco filling station. Position yourself in the right hand land of the dual carriageway and cross over the A1. Follow the country road for about 1 mile and turn left into our car park.
