A warm welcome awaits you at The Old Post Cottage in a small quiet unspoilt conservation village, on the Bucks/Northants border. We are only 5 minutes from Silverstone, 10 minutes from the historic market towns of Buckingham, Towcester and Brackley, and 15 minutes from Milton Keynes and Northampton.

Easy access from the M1 and M40.

Previously a Victorian cottage, and the village post office, now tastefully extended to maintain its character, old wooden beams rustic oak doors yet modern facilities to ensure a really comfortable stay.

On arrival find off road parking, a little stream with ducks, a weeping willow and views over open fields to the church.

The Facilities

There are two attractive double/twin rooms with ensuite, and two double/twin rooms with shared facilities. All have colour TV, tea and coffee making facilities and glorious views across open fields.

Full English breakfast is provided in a farmhouse style kitchen with a traditional old Aga or enjoy continental breakfast with homemade preserves. Evening meal is available on request. We cater for vegetarians.

There are many country pubs and restaurants nearby providing a wide choice of quality food at good prices.

Wireless Broadband is now available.

Other facilities include access to :- iron, microwave, freezer, fridge, and drying facilities.

Bookings and Cancellation Policy

For advanced bookings we ask for a deposit equal to one nights stay. If you need to cancel we will refund the deposit less £10 providing we are given 10 days notice. We will refund 50% of the deposit if we receive 3 days in notice.
